Song title and Artist?

I have the lyrics to a song and was wondering if anyone knows the correct
title and original artist. I have seen it called "Only Love" and "Only You"
so I am not sure.

"Only You" is correct and I believe the original, or at least the most
prominent version was by Enrique Iglesias.

True; I also know of a cover version by The Flying Pickets,
a-cappella-ish.

No "ish" about it; the Flying Pickets were an entirely acappella
group, and so was their cover of "Only You". But they were very good
at it - a lot of listeners swore blind that they could hear
instruments in the mix (including drums and strings), even though
everything was entirely produced by human voices.

Technically, _Lost Boys_ did have an instrument: A sampler, which was
used to play their sampled singing voices at ranges higher than their
voices could naturally reach. You can hear it during the third verse of
their cover of "Only You."
