Can you help me find this song?

I head this song while i was walking from a near by car.

It is kinda a techno song.
The singers voice is a little distorted and some might say a little
whiney.

So I know only part of the chorus and i have done web searches til
I'm blue in the face.. so i have something wrong.

here is what i think they are saying in the chorus.

Sorry, i know this isn't much to go on.. but i can't get it out of my
head.
I'm assuming that the words aren't right as i can't find it.
Any help you have would be greatly appreciated.
