Desperately looking for THAT song

Hi there

for ages I've been looking for the lyrics and the singer of that
particular song from the late 80s or early 90s, I'm not quite sure.
I've tried everything I could think of - to no avail. Every lyrics and
search enginge I checked out, only found other singers - but not the
song I'm looking for. I'm beat. As far as I remember the singer is
called Michael something... The title of the song is "Kimberly" and the
lyrics go like this:
"Kimberly, when I saw your face last night, I fell in love with you..."

The refrain goes like this:
"Kimberly, you've got a hold on me, you're kind of lived a foreign side
of me..."

It's sounds a little like Peter Andre's "Mysterious girl", only a bit
more... pop, you know?

I'd be really, really grateful if you could help me to find out where
to get the lyrics - and who the singer is!

The only song I remember with Kimberly in it is one Joe Piscopo did on
a TV special he had.
