What song is this? ATMOSPHERE

There is a song out there with a good beat to it and although I cannot
hear all the words I do hear the word ATMOSPHERE used quite a bit
throughout the song. They (might) say something to the effect of I
CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S TRUE .... etc.. etc.. ATMOSPHERE, but that I'm not
sure about.

Any ideas what this song is? And who the artist is?
