I used to think the only people that caught liver disease at age 27 had
last names like 'Anheuser' and 'Coors'. Well, according to Rod
Stewart, his 27-year-old daughter Kimberly has "liver disease due to
too much heavy boozing." He has to be wrong about this, right?
Doesn't liver disease require at least 20 years of heavy drinking?

27 isn't a bad age to get sick in Hollywood, imo.
What the life expectancy in LA?

What a question!
29, of course.

A friend of mine works for a gastroenterologist and she said she's had
patients in their early 20's with cirrhosis of the liver caused by
binge drinking. She said it can even happen after binge drinking even 1
time.

combine it with vicodin (the tylenol) and you have liver failure in an
amazingly short time

Is that true? I have a friend, well ex-friend who was a vicodin fiend
and drank copious amounts of vodka and sure enough, she has not only
liver disease but pancreatitis....

Throw in Hep C and there you have it.

It isn't the codeine (hyrocodone) in the vicodin, it is the tylenol.
Tylenol combined with alcohol is a very very very bad combo. Very.
