CNN's Carol Lin was she fired?

For the past few weekends I wondered if Carol Lin was on vacation or no
longer worked at CNN. According to Wikipedia she is no longer with CNN.

In this case, Wikipedia is accurate. She quit for personal reasons.

BTW, a study done a couple of years ago compared Wikipedia to the
Encyclopedia Britannica, and found numerous errors in both. Wikipedia
had about 15% more errors than Britannica, but given how many errors
were in Britannica too, that's not a significant number.

I thought she was one of their best anchors who should have gotten the
late morning slot not Heidi Collins.

Did CNN fire her or did she quit. Anyone know where she is going to now?

I cannot believe they replaced her with Rick Sanchez who is just shouts
the news and would be far better on a tabloid type news show. He also is
in bad need of ritalin.
