For all this talk about Lance Armstrong and Barry Bonds taking
steroids, someone should seriously look into Matt Lauer. For being 38,
he is seriously ripped.

Ease up pumper!
This pic is candid. He does not work with his shirt off, nor does he need
to show to keep said job.
Now lift your belly off your keyboard and respond.

He doesn't look like he's taken steroids (to me, anyway) . . . it's
lean muscle, with none of the steroid "puff".
He's just probably dedicated to working out, eating right, and he
probably had some fat sucked out of his tummy.
Basically, his body shows you how easy his job is.

Anybody can look like that. He just eats right and exercises. I'll wager he
doesn't spend more than an hour in the gym every day, if that.

Yeah, no way is he juiced. That's just a lean, well-cared for body.

Wow! If he just had some more hair on his head,
I'd make that photo my wallpaper.

He's 49 years old and you're ripping on him because he doesn't have
enough hair for you to find him attractive? You must be young because
most guys around 50 have some form of hairloss.
Although if you don't like him because he's an overrated daytime
talkshow host then I can understand.

On the surface, I know my comment sounds shallow but
I think Lauer looked way better with more hair, like about
10 years ago, even though it wasn't long. I know guys
lose hair when they get middleaged, I'm old enough to know
that. Maybe I just want a photo of Lauer, 10 years ago,

I'm sure he gets the cardio in with the chitlins.
|
with more hair and the same muscles.
If he had some guts during interviews, like maybe telling
Tom Cruise he's beyond-Neptune-wacky and doesn't
know what he's talking about, then I'd adore Lauer no
matter how much hair he lost.

My father is 52 and he looks similar to this. I don't get why people
are saying weird things like this. He's not THAT ripped, he's not THAT
buff, he just looks like a regular guy keeping care of himself...
Guy Bannis...
|
I wouldn't say he's like a regular guy because he has a lot more money
for taking care of himself than a regular guy, enough to hire trainers,
have a gym at home, etc.
Annie.Orange...
|
But I KNOW regular guys who look like that. Guys that make a regular
living and have regular lives...they just like to exercise.

What does that have to do with anything? A gym membership can be very
afrordable. Millions and millions of Americans have the dedication to go to
a gym. Trainer? A trainer may be a good idea in the beginning, but nobody
NEEDS a trainer, either.

Well in that case he should look a helluva lot better.

My dh is 53 and looks like this, probably better than this, he is in
construction and hard work can make a guy look awesome as well (that
and not getting the dumb Beer Belly)
|
Maybe I just don't know many fat asses.

If he was juiced he wouldn't have the handles. If he was vain enough
to juice, he woul dhave had the handles lipo-ed. The point is that he
takes good care of himself but he's not overly vain about it. He look
good! That's good enough.
