"Procession" and "God Save the Queen" sound like Queen to me. Guess what?
Frieedie aint on either of them.

unmistakable part of it, but so was the music. My point never was that the
other bandmates didn't *count* but that with a major component missing the
band just isn't the same band. Kind of like Nirvana without Kurt -- wouldn't
be Nirvana!

Lots of people in agreement with you. However, what you said, to me anyway,
is a far cry from "Freddie WAS Queen" which, to me, is completely
dismissive to the contributions of the other members. Sort of the american
idol chick singer worship mentality. I hate that.

You're just a strung out guitarist and singer hater! It's clear why
you can't get a hit. And you need one BAAAADDD!
Like a crack addict!

Oh looky! My stalker showed up again.

Aha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
You really need a reality check! You're living in a fantasy world
believing you're some type of muscical star who's made a significant
mark in the world of music.
You're delusional to the point that you now believe you have stalkers.
Take your meds OuttaTuna and go back to sleep.

For what it's worth, Roger Taylor was my favorite Queen member, so this
isn't a Freddie whine.

Roger Taylor had to be the best looking man in rock, back in the day.
God, he was hot.

That reminds me of a Bob Dylan concert I attended. Ol' Bob was right
out of it. He just stood there. And stood there. His hands didn't
move. He muttered. They had the then-guitarist from SNL playing his

Same with Taylor's solo stuff, especially the last two albums
"Happiness?" and "Electric Fire".

I guess it depends on how you define "the queen sound". To me, its May's

Oh, for chrissakes, get over your hang-ups. Did I not mention several times
that my favorite Queen critter was Roger Taylor? This is not about *idol
worship* or even quality but about a *package*, which a group, essentially,
is, and I don't mean that in a plasticized 21st-century way. I adore Jimmy
Page, but if Robert Plant had hooked up with somebody else, it wouldn't have
been "Led Zeppelin" to me. That's all! Call off the hounds.

OuttaTuna's so screwed up in the head. He thinks because he plays
Amusment Park Shows at 10:00a, 1:00p and 5:00p on weekends he's a
expert at music. OuttaTuna is one of those guys who knows music in
theory, but when it comes to "puttin it down on wax", as they say,
he's all talk. It's clear he has a problem with women...especially
female vocalist. If he was so great, you'd hear of some work hes done
that has garnered some recognition, besides his recordings that are
certified aluminum here in the states and double adobe down in mexico.

Nah. If I listed what I've done, then Lefty will accuse me of bragging.
Besides at that point, I'd have to tell you my real name. Nope.

I don't care who you are you're an asshole! I don't worship anyone who
has no respect for others. We are no GODS here on EARTH and neither
are U!
I admire some artists, but I dont worship them!

Everybody has a bad night I suppose. But, they say Aerosmith was sadly just
like I reported, many times in the late 70s. As far as Dylan goes, I saw a
very weird performance by him once in the late 70s as well. He at least was
coherent enough to play guitar and sing, but for some reason, had decided
to completely re-work the melodies and arrangments for all his well-known
songs. That, coupled with the less-than-desirable acoustics of the venue,
meant that nobody recognized a single song they heard. Half the time you
couldnt really tell WHAT he was singing or playing. Not great.
