Rockers Pink Floyd have slammed new reports of a reunion.

They have been flooded by rumours they are set to reform, ever since they
played together at the London leg of the Live 8 charity extravaganza in
July.

But stars David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Nick Mason, and Richard Wright insist
they have no plans to resurrect the band.

In a statement issued by the Gilmour late yesterday reads: "Nick, Richard,
Roger and I are telling fans directly that this is not happening."

Their old material is as new as when it was recorded, in terms
of it's imagination and complexity. If they do, great, and if they
don't, that's fine too.
