unless someone other than the perp
is hurt then it rises to the felony level

You'd think, but in California, DUI isn't a felony until you hurt
someone and/or an officer sees you doing it, from what I remember. She
was supposedly stopped at the time.

Her bio parents are black and she has never claimed to be anything
else. If you see her pics from when she was a kid she looks like an
average lightskinned sandy haired "black" kid.

1. Hispanic isnt a 'race' its an ethnic group and can apply to a person
of ANY race.
2. What most ppl int he US think of as "looking hispanic" is the
phenotype/appearance of someone who is biracial black and white or
biracial indian and white, depending on whether their idea of
"Hispanic" is Puerto Rican (East Coast) or Mexican (West Coast). This
is of course a huge simplification.
3. The Escovedos are of African ancestry.
4. Pete El Conde Rodriguez, Sammy Sosa, Soledad O Brien, Alfonso
Riberio are all "hispanic" go web-search some images.
5.web-search "black latinos" "afro latinos" "afro latin"
Ok. My attempt to light one tiny little candle in the huge huge
