How do you 'tip off the Paparazzi'? (UK/London)

One often reads that someone or other has 'tipped off the Paparazzi', but I
am curious - how is this done? Is there some magic phone number anyone can
dial? If you tell one of them a celeb will be seen on a certain day & time
in a compromising position, will it spread like wildfire among 100s of other

They give their cards to hotel clerks, maitre d's and others, who
get paid to phone in the tips. The paparazzis don't tell each
other (unless they're working together) but most of the tippers
will phone in *all* of their contacts.

Let me rephrase that then... how do the clerks tip off the Paps? Who do
they 'phone in' to?

1. See the celeb.
2. Say to themselves "Oh! I've got a paparazzi's business card!"
3. Call the number on the card.
4. Speak into the phone.

In areas that have a high concentration of celebrities, some Paparazzi hand
out business cards to people such as bell hops and waiters. If the tip pans
out, the paparzzi will tip the tipster.
