In one of her biggest hits, Cher sang wistfully about what would happen If I
Could Turn Back Time. A month away from her 60th birthday, she seems to have
succeeded.
Sitting in the front row at a fashion show in California, she looked younger
than ever -with "bee-stung" lips which she never had in her early days.

And if her appearance owes much to the surgeon's knife, she is unapologetic.

The veteran singer, who has just completed her world 'Retirement Tour', has
made no secret of her willingness to enhance the assets that nature
provided.

No wonder she describes herself as a "plastic surgery poster girl".

Anybody who says she doesn't look horrifying creeps me out. The Wayans
ought to stick her in "Scary Movie XVIII."

Cher was already well into her fifties when her career won its biggest boost
with the 1998 success of the song Believe.

She admits having spent a "small fortune" on having a facelift, as well as
procedures to improve her teeth and breasts.

There has also been speculation about other treatments, including chemical
face peels, eye tucks and work on her cheekbones.

Cosmetic expert Mary Burney, of Transform Medical Group, said: "She's
spending a lot of time and money on her appearance, and I wouldn't be
surprised if it was up to Ł10,000 a year. She's had her nose done and work
on her teeth and maybe face peels and cheek implants, as well. Nobody of
that age looks that good."

Recently Cher said: "Yes I have had a facelift, but who hasn't? I have

So, for the record, you think Cher looks good and Angelina Jolie
doesn't? I saw Cher on Will and Grace years ago and she looked like
a cartoon character, I can't imagine she's improved any.

Wow, you know I made comments about AJ and yet, your name does not look
familiar. I need to pay better attention. Keep in mind we are talking
about Cher looking good for Cher. She looks good for her age and
considering her looks to begin with.

I think AJ is physically beautiful, but it is the inside that is coming
through her eyes that make her less attractive. If she was beautiful on the
inside, maybe I would think she was more attractive. And no, I do not think
Cher's insides are attractive.
