Hollywood couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have sold one of
their three holiday homes in New York State's Hamptons.

The couple's four-bedroom home in Bridgehampton has been sold for $4.5
million, reports the New York Post.

It's also seemed a clever solution to the 'guest' problem. Anyone who's
ever owned beachfront property can tell you that people LOVE to come
visit you there and they love even more to ask if they can stay there
(for free, natch) when you are not in residence. The article said that
the 3 bedroom beachfront house was for the Brodericks, and the 2 bedroom
place across the road was for guests. It sounds like a great idea to me!
