I like some of his songs but I just heard Highway 61 Revisited and I
can't stand his loud, grating voice. I'm also not a big fan of
harmonica music. I like it when his songs are performed by the The
blackmanny1...

This presupposes that all of us think his voice was EVER "grating": I -
for one - don't. But he does have some "sweeter" moments on such albums
as "New morning" and "Nashville Skyline" although he still wouldn't win
a contest against Nat "King" Cole...

Yeah it is. One of his best from that period.
"Modern Times" is really growing on me, now. I guess I like some older
Dylan covers okay, but for me the songs are so intertwined with the
vocal performances, especially lately, that I'm skeptical about anybody
else's ability to impress me with a rendition of one of his songs. I
know I can't sing them without imitating him, no matter how hard I try.
