Lord Nicholas Windsor/Paola Frankopan

Todays Daily Mail reports that the Duke of Kent's Roman Catholic son,
Lord Nicholas Windsor, is set to wed one Paola Frankopan - and to
actually marry at the Vatican.

the report states that the Queen, at a meeting of the Privy Council on
Sept 5, gave her kinsman permission to go ahead with the
nuptials.....Lord Nicholas, 36, has been seen out and about with blond
Miss ("Princess"?) Frankopan since the time of Duchess of Kent's 70th

last two titles ?)
