Coultaro71...
In two official documents signed by the Portuguese General Consol of
Milan
the Consol affirms:
1- the only portuguese heir of The Royal House of Portugal is D. Duarte
Pio de Braganza
2- Duarte Pio of Braganza receives the respective allowance
3- Duarte Pio of Braganza uses an habitation near Lisbon supplied by
the Portuguese Government

This are true disconcerting and astonishing news!

George Lucki...
You must have been sleeping for a very long time. You are surprised by what
everyone else seems to know. Yes, Dom Duarte is the Duke of Braganza and
head of the formerly reigning Portuguese Royal House. Even the government of
Portugal acknowledges this.

...

Guy Stair Sainty...
Not really to anyone with the slightest knowledge of portugues ehistory or
modern society; if you were to ask any Portuguese who was the head of their
historic royal houses, the vast majority would identify Dom Duarte. I am afraid
they would draw a blank if you mentioned poor little Rosario and his special
friends such as yourself, then ridicule when you tried to explain his story.

Also an unprepared person know in this monarchic pretension a
Repubblican Government can't judge because is not competent in this
subject ! The contrary, as in this case, is a abuse of power.

Guy Stair Sainty...
Why not? The Italian government considers itself perfectrly competent to judge
who are the heirs to its former dynasties; likewise the French, Serbian
Bulgarian, Greek, Russian and Roumanian. Why not the Portuguese

The contrary, as in this case, is a abuse of power.

This abuse of power was used against HRH Dom Rosario Poidimani, the
constitutional pretender and so are happened in these days all these
illegality against his person.

Guy Stair Sainty...

Coultaro71...
Only an impartial judicial Authority can judge about monarchic

Stephen...
Which of the claimants to the French throne is recognised by the French
government?

Guy Stair Sainty...
The Duke of Anjou, the Count of Paris and Prince Napoleon, eahc representing
different historic claims - but no Naundorffs, and no Poidimani types.

pretensions.
The recognition of a Government about this subject has only political
value and opportunity and so is not lawful importance and have no legal
value.
In every case the Portuguese Government can't judge who is the
legitimate heir of the Royal House of Portugal: this is an illegality
and a abuse of power. Every mediocre portuguese student of law know
this!

Guy Stair Sainty...
I was wondering what you were! Now all is a little clearer.

Joseph McMillan...
Is that how you know it?

Perhaps more competent and capable Portuguese students of law know
otherwise.

Joseph McMillan

Concernig the allowance and the house supplied by the Portuguese
Government in favour of Mr Duarte Pio there is no prevision about this.
This is a grave problem because Duarte Pio is maintained through
pubblic money without no obligatory authorization of law .
I am sure the Portugueses are not agree to maintain this miguelist
pretender through their money with no legislative authorization and see
Mr Duarte Pio only in sumptuous party. Is this the Duarte Pio work?
You will soon see this case will have a big and important political
implication in Portugal!

M.de Sousa
No, no, no; poor little Rosario is just a silly buffoon, not an HRH; do you need
this explainign again...

The second point is very interesting and I have no answer about this.
How is possible a Repubblican Government can maintain a monarchic
pretender through pubblic money ? What is the provision that authorize
this?

Now I am sure these news of the Portuguese Government will create a big
lawful and political scandal in Portugal.
I am sure the usurper pretender will be unmask!

George Lucki...
Do you think the Portuguese papers will carry the story from the Italian
papers unmasking Mr. Rosario Poidimani? I don't think it will cqause a big
scandal in Portugal. I'm sure only a handful of people care about Mr.
Poidimani's claim.

George Lucki

Guy Stair Sainty...
Yes, yes, we are sure the pretender will be unmasked and everyone will laugh at
poor little Rosario and his mignons.
