Can anyone think of or come up with any examples of royals with four
grandparents who were all born members of the same royal house? I would
imagine such an example would be found in the Bourbons or the Habsburgs.
Also, are there any royals with 6 or 7 (8 probably doesn't exist)
great-grandparents who were born members of the same house?

You'd probably have to look at the old Capetians for any good examples
of that. As mentioned before, Charles II of Navarra had 4 Capetian
grandparents; of his 8 great-grandparents, 6 were Capetians:
