indeed been both raised and answered before. S. Murphy posted that
while a grant of arms was not made to President Reagan, an official
pedigree was registered, with illustrated arms (traditional sept arms,
not the Swiss arms).

All quite true, but we're still faced with the statement in the
document Seb posted on his site, apparently prepared by the CHI in
connection with the Clinton grant, that Clinton was the third US
president so honored. Kennedy first, Clinton third, who's second?
