There is an opening in Edinburgh of a memorial to The Queen Mother. It will
be attended by The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, and The Duke & Duchess of
Rothesay. Interesting that Camilla is not referred to by her de jure title
in England or Wales - but is in Scotland, no?

taken from this month's Insight magazine on the Royal web site:

"When Their Royal Highnesses are in Cornwall they are known as The Duke
and Duchess of Cornwall and when in Scotland they are known as The Duke
and Duchess of Rothesay.

"At all other times, they use the titles of The Prince of Wales and The
Duchess of Cornwall."
