Who could be the one who is often interviewed on TV about the Royals ?
CJ Buyers...

It all depends.
Lady Pamela Hicks tends to do interviews about the Queen, especially on
subjects such as the period of the accession, the Coronation and 1954
Commonwealth tour.
Countess Mountbatten of Burma tends to talk about Prince Philip, a
veiled complaint about the use or non-use of the Mountbatten name is
usually thrown in. A somewhat illogical story about an amoeba.
Apparently perfectly acceptable for Prince Andrew of Greece, but not so
for the name of Mountbatten!

Obviously, it could be either.
I believe, however, that Countess Mountbatten is more frequently
interviewed than her sister, so it is more likely that you have seen
her than Lady Pamela.

I think it was Lady Patricia. There is an air of natural authority
about her : voice, eyes, body language. She was asked whether H M the
Queen E II had been a good mother. She replied that of course she had
been, that the burden of time-consuming obligations as a monarch had
nevertheless a toll. Asked about royal divorces in the 1990s, she
related all this to a worldwide disease which afflicted anyone among
certain generations
