Who has information about to the H. Stanford Smith's books/works ?

He was a very well-documented genealogist (lived in the half of XIX
century). He wrote on the non-European royal families & dinasties.

Henry Soszynski...
All I could find was The Minor Non-European Dynasties. [By] H.
Stanford Smith ... Material not included in vol. 1 of Manuel
d’histoire, de ge?ne?alogie, et de chronologie de tous les e?tats du
globe depuis les .... .
Its an 1951 addition to the work of STOKVIS, Antonie Marinus Hendrik
Johan. (originally published in 1888).
I've seen Stokvis' books. They are a good starting point, but there
are better books out there. I personally wouldn't spend too much time
looking for Stokvis. Unfortunately, I don't know what Stanford Smith's
book is like. It seems that the British Library is the only place that
has it. (Location/Shelfmark is HMNTS Cup.504.d.7. ) Maybe Christopher
has seen it.

Yes, I have seen and used the 1951 reference you mention. It is a hand
written manuscript A4 size and bound as a book. There is only one copy
and it is in the British Library. Very useful for a multitude of little
known places and polities, including such hard to find places like the
former Dutch East Indies.

To Henry Soszynski and Christopher Buyers:
very very thanks for yours informations

Do you have any information about books on the similar subject as the
of STOKVIS's books (A.-M.-H.-J. Stokvis, Manuel d'histoire, de
g=E9n=E9alogie et de chronologie de tous les =E9tats du globe, depuis les
temps les plus recul=E9s jusqu'=E0 nos jours, Leide 1890-1893I) ?

Henry Soszynski...
Check out the sources on
and
(you/ve already seen it, someday I will update it)
That should cover the majority of sources available. I could mention
Peter Truhart's books, though they are chronological lists and not
genealogies.
