So are Lady Helen's daughters or the Earl of St. Andrews daughters part
of the picture?

It's the bride and groom and their parents and two young boys and other
child attendants. The boys might be Lady Helen's and the other children
might be Lord St Andrews but as they all lead very private lives, I'm not
sure how easy it is to know. The smallest girl (in a kilt) could well be
one of the Taylor daughters. And speaking of that, the tartan could also,
possibly be the Earl of St Andrews's tartan!

That's a long-haired little boy in the kilt, not a little girl!
Females do not wear the kilt, but kilted skirts, and WITHOUT the
sporran. They are generally longer and close on the left side, not the
right.
A rather (considering the care that went into the production/custume
design) glaring mistake in "The Queen" was when the Prince of Wales
wears a [Balmoral] kilt without a sporran. Another scene (in which he
wears a Hunting Stewart kilt) was cut from the movie...again without a
sporran. As HRH is a stickler for correct dress I was amazed these got
by.
At full dress affairs (such as the Ghillies' Ball at Balmoral) ONLY the
members of the Royal Family wear "Royal Stewart" (with the ladies in
silk tartan sashes)..it is considered bad form and incorrect for anyone
else to do so. I was in the "Scottish business" for some years and
supplied many a kilt. I saw a bolt of "Balmoral" tartan at Dalgleish
Ltd in Selkirk, as well as HM's kilted skirt which needed alteration
(years old and she didn't want to part with it)-which only Dalgleish
are entrusted to do. The Balmoral is truly beautiful and is kept in a
safe.
Yours aye
Thomas (Campbell)
The Duke of York and his daughters have often been seen in Earl of
Inverness tartan.

These photographs also appeared in the Mail on Sunday and I think they're
the only ones in existence. Even a search on Getty Images doesn't bring up
anything. The newspaper comments are that it was regarded as an intimate
family wedding and the bridal couple are very private people, so there may
be no other photos.
Here's the link again, in case you didn't get it:

The boys in suits are listed as Lady Helen's sons and that's what led
me to wonder if any of the little girls were her daughters.
