Madonna and the Duchess of Cornwall are related - according to William
A=2E Reitwiesner, who has been quoted in an article in the Norwegian
regional newspaper F=E6drelandsvennen today:

This is old news to some of us :-)

1000s and 1000s of people of French-Canadian ancestry are also related
to these two women, who are also related to Céline Dion.

I'm related to all three, but not that closely, in the 10th and 11th
generations. Through one of our common ancestors, Zacharie Cloutier
(ca 1590-1677), Camilla and Céline descend from his eldest son
Zacharie; Madonna descends from his younger son Jean; and I descend
from his youngest daughter Louise.

It's a small world, after all.

I can hardly be called "Breaking News" that they are related.

But I suppose the fact that Ms. Ciccone suddenly has discovered this can
be called "Breaking News" :-)
