Query about Walter Stuart Best

William Harris Best and Audrey Crichton-Stuart had two sons: Walter Stuart
Best (b.1908) and Peter Trevorian Best (b.1910).

Can anyone tell me whether this Walter Stuart Best is the man of that name
who was the father of Richard Stuart Best, cr 2001 Baron Best? Or is he the
one who is father of William Gerent Stuart Best, who m.Pamela Susan
Belgrave, and has a dau., Laura Frances? Or is he both?

The one of the name who was father of Lord Best was Walter Stuart Best,
DL, JP, who married Frances Mary Chignell, if that might help.
