I am a DOD Federal Employee, GS-12, 0346 Logistics Management
Specialist employed with NAVAIR depot F/A-18 program in San Diego. I
am enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) class of 2006
sponsored by the USDA Graduate School based in Washington DC. The
Department of Agriculture's Executive Leadership Program is a year long
training program designed to develop or enhance the leadership and
managerial skills of federal employees. Participants are assigned to
groups of seven from federal agencies across the United States which
are comprised of employees from all government agencies to attend
comprehensive leadership and personnel management classes taught by
industry professionals. In addition our teams are tasked with focusing
on a project that has a political or social issue implication. My team
has chosen to research and present our findings of the No Child Left
Behind Act of Jan 2002, "Is it Effective". The data and surveys we
collect will be presented September 2006 in Baltimore to an audience
made up of our peers. I'd like to post a simple 5 minute survey in
this news group however I do not know how. It is a word doc. Can
someone assist?

You can't post a binary to a non-binary newsgroup. (Well, you
can, but most people won't read your post if you post a
binary attachment.)

You will have to cut and paste your survey if you want to post
it to usenet. People will answer and you can cut and paste their
answers back into your own word document if you want to.
