A couple of other points.

On killfiling, I don't see the point in it myself. It's easy enough to
filter out even the most terminally persistent and tedious kooks (e.g.
Tholen) without resorting to rules to do it.

As for stalking, your insane diatribes are guaranteed to provoke
derision and laughter. If you don't like it, don't post in public forum
that by definition allows people to respond any way they see fit.
