Bad Breaths

I brush my teeth 3 times a day but still i have bad breaths. although i
donot eat after brushing and even i i eat i brush imeadiatly but still
bad breaths donot stop.

i have noticed 3 types of bad breaths based on their smell as
following.

1. smells like BLOOD.
2. smells like worse food (not so strong smell)
3. smells like worse food (with strong bad smell)

any Idea about the types and the resons for these.
