Many times I saw bruse on my son's leg since he joined the daycare, but
he was 3 yrs old then, and he couldn't explain what happened logically.
Now he just turned into 4 years old. Yesterday I found a big bruse
again on his leg, and I asked him what happened. His answer makes me
very sad and hopeless, he answered my question without any hesitation:
he said that his teacher ticked him on his leg. I asked why he( a male
teacher)
kicked , my son said without hesitation again, "because I tear black
paper".... My gut feeling is that he is telling the truth. I asked
more details, and he is able to describe all the details.
Now I don't know what should I do with the teacher and the daycare. My
wife and me both work, so we have to send him to a daycare-
Has any parents here expericed such problem? Is this normal? I grew up
in a different country, and grew up with my parents and grand parents,
so never experice such thing myself, but I would feel very hopeless if
I was him. Any suggestions, ideas about what should I approach the
daycare and the teacher?
Thanks very much ahead.

Take photos of the bruises, take your son out of this daycare, and call the
police.

Absolutely. Write down everything your son told you as well as you
can, word for word, too.

No daycare teacher should ever touch your son like that!
If you can, find a new daycare IMMEDIATELY.
Take pictures of the bruises, and take your son to the police dept and
ask them to take pictures and file a complaint against the teacher and
the center he works for.
