My son is having wet dreams!

My son and I sleep in the same bed. He's 13 and he's my baby because
he's my only child. We have always slept together since his father
left us. I hate sleeping alone. Anyway, lately he's started having
wet dreams. My concern is this.....could I become pregnant? I sleep
naked because it's more comfortable. I can't stand clothes,
especially since I toss and turn a lot during the night.
