Could anyone please recommend a book that has simple words for a
beginner reader? The words should be in capital letters (upper case
letters) along with pictures.

Why capitals? You are much more likely to see lower case.
Dorling Kindersley do nice board books of the type you mention. But they
aren't for children beginning to read; they are alphabet books. They do have
a nice First Book of Colours. But for a child who can read a few words, get
proper books. Dr Seuss is good fun.

No. Most books have both upper and lower case letters. If your child
is in a Montessori school, I'm surprised they would suggest such a book.
They don't recommend writing or reading words solely in upper case.
There are several Usborne books (is Usborne still around?) that are good
for beginner readers as well as the Bob books.

Something similar to "A for APPLE" with a picture of apple on the page.

web-search preschool education online-there are tons of sites with such
materials available for download.
Having said that, since only a small percentage of print is all caps, it
doesn't make much sense to teach children to read all caps first, then
relearn mixed upper/lower case. You can get movable letters in lower case as
well as uppercase.

Dr. Suess books are wonderful for ones learning to read.

I'm not sure why you want books like this for a beginning reader. You
might do better with books like the BOB books. They are phonetic
based, not sight word based books:
They do have one or more words per page with a picture, but the words
are not in capital letters which, imo, is as it should be. We teach
all capitals when children are learning to write because it is easier
to write the capital letters, but for reading, recognizing both
capital and small letters works just as well.
