I have plain sheets in really boring colors. I'm thinking of making
them a little more interesting. Is there a fabric paint that glows in
Chookie...

Is there much point? After all, they're covered by blankets etc for much of
the year.
(I must admit, it had never occurred to me to want my sheets to *be*
interesting. My requirements are that they be 100% cotton, clean, and whole!)

the dark? I'm not much of an artist so I'll probably use some stencils
or stamps.

You can probably find something similar at a Hobby Lobby or Michaels,
too.

I'd just be concerned that it might frighten the children. I know of one
child whose parents did stars round there room and he was terrified and then
insisted on sleeping with a light on after that, which he hadn't before. (He
was 5)

There is, but it doesn't retain its glow-in-the darkness very well, and
IIRC you have to wash in cold water. Try a craft store.
