My 22 MO has been taking her diaper off alot lately. She only does it when
she's in her crib. She tries to during the day, but I catch her and tell
her to leave her diaper on. She generally does it after she's woken up and
she's been in her crib for awhile. She'll do this either when she gets up
from her nap or in the morning. She manages to get her pants off, onesie
unsnapped, and diaper clear off. Of course everything is all wet and stinky
including her. I have tried the pull ups thinking she wouldn't mess with
taking those off. She had them off within 5 seconds of them being on. We
thought having onesies underneath her outfits would make it harder for her
to get to her diaper. Aside from having her in overalls 24x7, does anyone
have any suggestions? Thanks!

We put the diaper on backwards and would also put a blanket sleeper on her
backwards. Just buy a size or 2 bigger than she needs and you can turn the
feet around, she then can wear the jammies again next year.

Maybe it's time to start toilet training her?

Overalls work. Blanket sleepers put on backwards
(cut the feet off) can work. I've known people to resort
to duct tape ;-) Get to her room as soon as she wakes.
Usually this is a relatively short-lived phase.
Best wishes,
Ericka
