DS turned 1yr on Saturday! And Mommy isa big 'ol cryin' mess :)

Well, DS is a year old now. I am so proud, happy and thrilled for him.
He is an amazing little boy.
But...I'm sure you have all been through this, I'm so emotional
right now. I once had a baby, just a snap of the fingers ago I was
giving birth to this tiny baby. And now here is this little boy who is
on his so big and grown! Where did the year go? Did I miss anything?
I enjoyed each moment (ok-I tried to enjoy being sleep deprived, hungry
and crazed for those first few months), yet I still feel like it went
so fast I missed his babyhood!
Even though his B-Day was Saturday I am still just thinking of his
birth and telling anyone who will listen the story. It's a funny and
good one.
I just wanted to post because I knew you all would totally understand
where I'm coming from, and it's good to have that support.
DH thought I was a nutball crying while everyone was singing Happy
Birthday to DS ;)
Anyway, thanks for listening everyone!
