phoneadapter for 4-prong plug into RJ11 plug

Sir,
i bought an Ericofon telephone that has 4-prong plug and i want to
connect it into an RJ11 jack (standard modular style). I bought an
adapter that has two wires,a green and yellow one at one side, and the
socket for the RJ11 in other side. How can i connect the wires ?
