othium...
I was wondering if anyone has a good site or a book they could
reccomend on this pattern by McKee Glass. I recently came across the
bottom part of a covered butter and found out it was this pattern but
haven't found a lot on it besides a small blurb in "Standard
Encyclopedia of Pressed Glass: 1860 - 1930 Identification & Values" by
Bill Edwards, Mike Carwile. It doesn't seem to be a well documented
pattern.

Anyway, thanks for reading this and thanks in advance for any
information you could offer.

Hi, Chris

What kind of information do you need? You know who made
it, and the pattern name(s). Are you trying to find a missing part?
I checked Replacements Limited, and they don't list that pattern
under either name. You can click on this link, and then on
"image gallery" in the left frame, to scroll through images of
what they have on hand.

This piece claims to be "Holland" - does it match what you know about your
piece?
(It's on that big online auction site, if you want to look.)

I have a couple of books. One (an ID guide to patterns) has little
informaton, except that the formal pattern name is "Holland" and that it was
made in 1894 by McKee in an "extended table service". My "Victorian Glass"
book by Ruth Lee Webb doesn't list it at all.

Onward and upward; hopefully, another poster will be able to add more
information. This may be what's called a "thin" pattern (small production,
hard to find, less chance of people being familiar with it and wanting it).
