what's the first step to become an Antiques experts in like 5 years?

It can be done if you choose a very narrow field, such as Disneykins that
were made on Thursdays. :) Here are some suggestions-
identify your field of interest
start compiling a library on your subject
start hanging out in antique shops, malls,museums
find other people with a passionate interest and pick their brains and
admire their collections
Plan on allotting a lifetime or switch to learning something simpler like
neurosurgery.
