Single most annoying episode of Friends

There was an episode where a dark haired woman turned up from Rachel's
school days...., she may well have been a lesbain. The bird in question
spent the whole episode calling Rachel 'Ray-Ray'

For me, the two most annoying episode of Friends were the one where

Easy, ALL of them.

Ross had new leather pants that chafed when he was out on a date and

That was pretty bad; all he really had to do was TELL HIS DATE what
happened. Hot to trot as she was, she might well have told him to leave
the pants off and get his ass back to the couch.

the one where Ross used too much whitener on his teeth, to the point
where they glowed brightly under blacklight. The forced slapstick of
Both of these episodes, which happened in close proximity to each
other in s6 (IIRC) so undermined Ross as a character that he was
ruined for two full years.

The thing with the tooth whitener is . . . our lawyer's assistant did
that to her teeth. Blinding, blinding white. Hurt to look at. Never
got her under a black light, but it wouldn't have surprised me for a
moment if she glowed. So I thought Ross was funny, but only because I'd
previously seen somebody do the same thing in real life.
