"24" Wasn't that the James Bond riff?

holefamily1...
When Cloe was going into Bill's house?

John Cocktosen...

David B...
If you want to call it a Bond riff then yes. To me it sounds like the theme
song to the short lived Lone Gunmen series.

browncoatette...
My thoughts exactly. Not James Bond, but Jimmy Bond, from "The Lone
Gunmen." Probably not the images they meant to evoke; I burst out
laughing the first time I heard it.
Yes, and it's horrible. They should go back to the music they used when
the tac team was storming the shipping crate...

David...
That one sounded like a "Die Hard" riff.

GarondoMarondo...
Its when they start playing that early to mid eighties keyboard music
that I reach for the mute. So many otherwise good shows were destroyed
by that early cheap electronic garbage.

Skinky...
Like that performed by The Human League.
"Don't you want me baby,
Don't you want me, oohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

..
Garondo Marondo!

zaryzary2003...
No, but it was similar. I liked it in a cheesy, over the top way (kind
of like 24 itself, I suppose).

paddy_nyr...
Sure sounded like a 007 riif.

Patrick Joseph McNamara...
I didn't watch the show, but it likely wasn't the exact theme but something
that used the same sort of pattern. They may have changed the notes, chords
and/or the key used but likely kept the same beat (or used one similar to
it). There's also a bond variation in the movie Cannonball Run when they
show the Roger Moore scenes.

Major ChrisB...
it was bond like. They used it last week when Chloe was monitoring the
satelite and jack was escaping the bank

bhartman33...
Maybe they decided to give Chloe her own theme music, and turn her into
the geek version of a "Bond girl". ;)
