Sean and Claudia Finnerty, a fun-loving Staten Island couple who were
pregnant and married by age 18. Now in their early 30s, they're stuck
raising three headstrong kids while still trying to grow up themselves.
Even with the meddling of Sean's irresponsible brother Eddie and
judgmental father , can three generations of family dysfunction survive
everyday life and still stay as cool as they think they are? i mean it
seemed the parents were getting into more trouble than the kids & then
thro in uncle eddie who was alwaysgetting into some mischievious
deeds.. this show just made for an interesting twist.. It was quite a
funny show whose ratings didn't reflect how good it was.. did anyone
else here watch the show ? .. i heard that season 1 was being released
on dvd

I watched it -- it was a sweet little show, basically "Still Standing"
done right. Donal Logue and Megyn Price were *always* pitch-perfect
as the parents and their daughter, Lily, really hit her stride as an
actress toward the beginning of the third season, where the show
really hit its stride. I plan on getting the DVDs eventually,
although several other shows are ahead of it on my list.

I disagree, Lilly hit her stride in the first 2 seasons. The producers
seemed to have abandon the flashbacks in the last 2 seasons.

A good gem that didn't get the attention it deserved (from Fox).

It had its moments. I think much of its viewership was based on the fact
that the actress who played Claudia, Megyn Price, was/is a major MILF
who regularly revealed cleavage and legs during the course of the series.
