Whatever happened to morning exercise shows?

Didn't they used to have a lot of these, like on ESPN2 and other
channels? I don't see any in the local listings. People used to get
hot watching Kiana Tom, etc.

We still have some here. I know I've seen that yoga woman with the
hideously annoying voice lately. She might be on PBS.

There's a few around, but they're not always run in the morning. Yoga seems
to be the popular thing now.

Don't they show them on Lifetime or one of those other chick channels?
They were always geared primarily towards women, anyway.

I liked it better when Fit TV (owned by Discovery Communications) was
called America's Health Network and was separately owned.
