ABC moves 'Lost' out of 'Idol's' way (and out of Criminal Minds way)

Looks like ABC is crying "uncle" a little bit early. CBS won't do such a
thing.

Another reason I hated The Fugitive, because of it, Tim Daly had to leave

This I didn't know. I know he did SM during Wings - why did he have to
stop during The Fugitve?

He started doing Superman:The Animated Series about 1997 and left in 2000.
They ended the series when they decided to start a Justice Leauge series,
Tim was going to do the voice of Superman there too. But the contract he
signed for "The Fugitive" said he could not do any side tv work.

Now "CSI:NY" can kick 'lost's ass all over the place. A major misstep by
ABC.

You're kidding, right?? I watched CSI:NY the other night for the first
time since last year and it's still a horrifically poor cousin of the
original. I'll take Lost over it any day.

CSI:NY is just moving into it's own this season. In prior seasons it was
not performing as well as it is now. This week's TVGuide has a story on it.
