Rod McCay, What a guy!
That makes three Red Dwarf fans who saw a faint similarity to the
episode Dimension Jump. Any body want to take any bets on Red Dwarf
fans among the Stargate writers?

Reading the threat I see I'm not the first one to get the Red Dwarf
reference.
However did I see Carter wearing an Air Force Space and Missile
operations badge on her uniform?

Well, her cover position is in Deep Space Telemetry or somesuch.

True. I just thought that it was a nice small detail that the shows
costume designer included having Carter wearing the new style Master
Space and Missile operations badge. Especially since in some of the
earlier episodes I don't remember seeing Carter wearing any occupations
badge when she was in a proper uniform.
