Have you seen Stephen Colbert's self-made "80's" music video for Charlene?

It's pretty funny. He even does the guitar-hanging-off-the-back and
slo-mo-mtv-reverse-fist-cork move:

It's a sendup of the "New Romantic/New Wave" groups of the early to
mid-eighties and their style of music videos. You know, the thin ties,
the eyeliner, tight pants, the sketcher type boots. As the 80's wore
on, the style became more cheesy and kitschy much like disco did in the
late 70's with the advent of the BeeGees.
