I just watched Brady Christmas and I don't but this relationship at
all. There's no way Marcia Brady that we all knew would go for this
imbecile.

Similar mis-matches would have been Donna Abbandando & Greg Medavoy or
Chandler Bing & Monica Lewinsky.

Can anyone think of any others?

Rob Jensen...
IMO, there are good mismatches ("Odd Couples") and bad mismatches.
Good mismatches are coules like Donna and Medavoy, Sipowicz and
Sylvia, Sipowicz and Connie, Chandler Bing and Monica Gellar, Ross &
Rachel -- the chemistry is there because their differences complement
each other.

Then there are the bad mismatches that make no sense whatsoever.
Marcia and Wally, Troi and Worf, Rachel and Joey, Joey and the blonde
chick, Luke and Nicole on Gilmore Girls, Joey Potter and that writer
guy from the wrong side of the tracks played by Oliver Hudson on
Joey's Creek, Bree and pretty much every guy she's been paired up with
*but* Rex on Desperate Housewives. These are all examples of the
writers and producers having their heads so far up their asses that
they can't admit to themselves that the pairings don't work, might be
because the writing is bad, might be because the actors just have no
chemistry with each other -- the pairing just doesn't click the way
the writers/producers thought it would.

Another bad pairing was Richard and Caroline from Caroline in the
City..., in fact the show 'Jumped the Shark' at this point.

John Duncan Yoyo...
Nah that one worked for me. Now his Italian wife was a mismatch.

Ronnie...
I don't think any couple could ever have less chemistry than "Niles
and Daphne."
