By then most of the hard Doctor Who fans that didn't download them off
the net will have seen the eps thanks to the official dvd release in
Feb.

Oh swell! I didn't click on the site until after making my post and I
see they've delayed the US dvd release until after Sci-fi airs the
show! Sci-fi better not mess up the editing of the series with their
commercial interuptions!!

it was made with ad breaks in mind, there are specific places to put them.
they assumed they would be selling it over to you guys when it was being
made so they added in act breaks
