Dear Comcast:

Could you please replace the Golf Channel with the NFL Network as part
of expanded
basic cable. I don't want to upgrade to digital to get the NFL
Network.

I didn't think so, oh well thanks anyway. :(

It ain't going to happen. Cable companies have been moving channels
*to* digital, not away from it. They want to do away with analog cable,
and and they're using this as a way to coerce customers to switch.
They're not going back.

How many golf courses do we need in this world? My area is
oversaturated with
the darn things. In a few places there is a contraction going on, not
long ago a
golf course in South Carolina was turned into a Walmart and some strip
mall
stores.

Think very carefully. Who owns The Golf Channel? I'll give you a hint.
It's a company that's comcastic. So no they will not replace the Golf
Channel with the NFL Network.
