Richard Fangnail...
This page has some videos but not many shots of the new effects:

Here's a question: what color was the TOS Enterprise, really?
Sometimes it looked blue, blue-gray, gray, or sometimes white. What
color was it officially??

Steven L....
Light gray.
20 years ago, the miniature was on display at the National Air and Space
Museum in Washington DC, and I got to see it there.

Gray. Not a dark gray. The blue or green casts were color shifts in
the optical process. If you think of white as 0% and black as 100% it's
probably in the 20% to 30% range. There are lots of darker areas of
detail painted on (and a few port side windows they just painted on
white, which gives you a good basis to see what white paint would
actually look like next to the color of the ship). And of course black
lettering, red pinstripes, yellow details, and a barely visible ring on
the top of the saucer that seems to shift into a warm gray, bordering on
beige.

But basically, light gray.

Hmm, should I be awed or scared that you know these details? :-)

Just be glad I didn't link color chips!

Russell Watson...
It always looked like a very, very light shade of gray to me, so light
that it almost came off as more of a grayish white than a true gray.
