TV Station Components & Costs?

I apologize if this is not the right group. What are the necessary
components for building a new TV station? Approximate cost to each?

It really depends on what you're trying to do.

As others mentioned, building a new TV station is very complicated.
You need a great deal of expensive electronic equipment. What specific
equipoment depends on your purposes and location. The building itself
to house all of this also will vary depending on your purposes.

It's not.

A real TV station, after you have spent several tens of thousands to get
licenced, requires a transmitter..a studio building...cameras,
switchers, tape and other playback machines...switchers and other
production machines...a master control system, plus staff and programming.

You don't say where you are, nor what type of station you want...but
you'll need several millions for a conventional over the air station.

Of course, you can brodcast stuff over the internet for less than $1000.
