Canada:
The day after winning the election, (Conservative) Prime Minister-Elect
Stephen Harper escorted his two children, 9-year-old Ben and 7-year-old
Rachel to school in what's JUST a eye-rolling photo op (opportunity).
But what WAS noticeable was the way he left his two children when they
all got to the front steps of their school. He shook their hands! Each
of them. He showed the distant love Ward Cleaver showed his children
Wally and Beaver at times on 'Leave It To Beaver'. No hug and/or kiss...
just a nice firm handshake and off they went.
I wonder how Harper makes love to his wife Laureen (Taskey)??? lol
HIGHLY probable it ISN'T *anal*!!!
Oddly enough, in the British sitcom 'My Family', Ben Harper is the name
of the dad on the show.

Gosh who knows? He might just be a law-abiding, do-gooder, unlike the
Liberal FILTH he replaced.

Uh, tossing in the name of a TV character with a similar name doesn't
make this posting on topic for rec.arts.tv.

Still don't understand why this is posted to alt.british.comedy other
than they have Harper as a surname - hope you never elect someone called
Tate.
