He adds nothing. I never thought a comedic actor who wasn't funny and
was a nothing in "Friends" and his movies could be even less than
nothing, but he is less than nothing in this show.

Ed Varner...
you couldn't BE more wrong.

I dont think you've been reading his posts.

But the Nick Cage impersonator was good.

To each his own. I think he's one of the reasons to watch the show.

So do I. And he was always my favorite of the FRIENDS cast.

I suspect that whether one likes Matthew Perry or not depends on
whether one likes the dry style of humor of the characters he
plays, like Chandler Bing or Matt Albie. I like it a lot, and
think he delivers it with exactly the right note.

But I well imagine that if you doesn't like that style of humor,
Perry could drive you up the walls.

Watching Studio 60, I keep thinking, that it's a shame that SNL isn't
as interesting or as funny as what we see in the sound-bites we see
of Studio 60. I caught this years season premiere (well I watched it
in 15 minutes on a PVR). It was pretty dull, uninspired, and
unmemorable. Haven't seen it again until last week, and it's hard to believe
that it seemed even more unoriginal than the season premiere!
